Kent Elsbree - President/CEO

Kent Elsbree has wide experience in successfully building business for major travel related companies. He is also President of Aviation Advantage Inc., an airline management services company and tour operator serving warm weather destinations. Prior to that he was President and CEO of Flightserv, parent company of Vacation Express and SunTrips, two of the largest tour operators in the USA with over $250 million in annual sales of vacation packages to destinations in the Caribbean and Central America. Kent also founded and served as President of World Technology Systems d/b/a Sunjet International which flew millions of passengers domestically to Florida, New York, Texas and California. He is recognized internationally as the first major tour operator serving Cancun from major US gateways with scheduled public charters through Club America Vacations he founded in 1981. Kent truly understands how to motivate and move people to the resort properties retained by ROI.

Tom Addario - Chief Financial Officer

Tom Addario has over 25 years of experience in travel related finance and accounting. Tom also holds the position of CFO of Aviation Advantage. Prior to Aviation Advantage, he held the position of CFO at Flightserv, Vacation Express and Suntrips. Tom has also held senior finance and accounting positions with several of the largest and most respected travel and hospitality organizations, including Carnival Cruise Lines, Harrah's Casino, New Orleans and Louisiana Gaming Management.

Suzan Desotelle - Vice President of Operations

Suzan Desotelle directs all day-to-day activities for the company. She also holds the position of Vice President Operations of Aviation Advantage. Prior to co-founding Aviation Advantage, she held the position of Operations Manager for TransMeridian Airlines. She has also served as Sr. Vice President Operations at Flightserv, President of Panagra Airlines, and Director of Charter Operations at Private Jet Expeditions. Suzan has developed an extensive network in the Caribbean, Mexico, domestic US through her 20 years experience in aviation and travel.

Matthew Holliday - Vice President of Operations

Matthew Holliday has over 15 years experience with the leisure travel industry. At Resort Income his primary responsibility is developing new revenue streams for the portfolio of hoteliers. Prior to joining Resort Income, Matthew has served as Vice President of Planning at Suntrips and Flightserv where he was responsible for pricing, revenue management and distribution. During his earlier career, he was Vice President at Roberts, Roach and Associates, an aviation and transportation consulting firm, and held various Business Development positions with tour operators and airlines.
